What counts as an active person

The only thing we meter.

This is one active person

  • Anyone a form or automation ran for in a calendar month: a patient, a provider, a staff member.
  • Counted once that month, however many forms they complete or automations run for them.

This never counts

  • Building a form, rebuilding one, or editing one. Build as many as you have.
  • Seats. Invite the whole team.
  • Anyone in a non-production environment.
  • A record sitting in a connected system that no form or automation touched that month.

We meter people, not builds, because we want every form you have in here.
